Social Media Site Authorization

To be considered an OFFICIAL MCS SOCIAL MEDIA SITE ...this form must be completed, approved, and documented on the official list of approved social media sites, maintained by the district office. Each site administrator named in this document is responsible for monitoring this official site and adhering to the guidelines for MCS social media use. The applicant must also regularly update information on the official list of sites.

NAME OF ALL ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATORS (At least one administrator must be a principal or district office communications staff)​​


Upon receiving this request, district personnel will review, discuss with the appropriate principal or other administrator, and respond via email to the requesting party. If an answer hasn't been issued in one week, please contact the Communications Office at 865-982-7121.
